Why I am running for Dougherty Valley High School Site Council 2022-23
The site council comprised of administration, teachers, staff, and parents oversee a portion of the school budget, approve plans for student achievement and school safety. My experience in finance and at companies such as Tesla and Gilead bode well to help with the budget. In addition, I'm a willing listener to both students and parents with regards to school safety and high achievement. After all, the best ideas are crowd sourced from the students who experience their daily lives at Dougherty and from parents who want to see their kids succeed at Dougherty.
